Fast, you take me

through slow falling

Autumn. hear, i hum

to your low sweetened

sound. Despite, day's light

I am blind. A lemon-ginger

girl who trembles to your

touch, annoint me. Blind,

yet still i am able, read

heiroglyphic, your tongue

it spells a false alphabet

a fable unknown. i won't

speak it. not i. it is to be

our happiness. at last

i have found you. Rest

now. I offer up all

that i have.
